License Terms
You are allowed to:
- Use Beyond UI on an unlimited number of projects.
- Customize and adapt components and variables to fit project needs.
- Create new designs based on Beyond UI's components.
- Use Beyond UI for personal and commercial projects, including projects for clients or customers.
- Allows sharing of Beyond UI's designs or components within the organization for users with team, enterprise, or unlimited licenses.
- Create of designs and products such as websites, applications, or digital products.
- Use the included CSS tokens, Tailwind config, and rules files (.cursorrules, CLAUDE.md, beyond-ui-rules.md) inside AI editors such as Cursor and Claude Code for the purpose of generating UI code in your own projects.
You are not allowed to:
- Re-selling or distributing Beyond UI in its native form or after modification.
- Sharing Single User License with any other users.
- Creating and selling components (e.g., HTML, Bootstrap, Angular, Tailwind, Webflow, Framer, React, Vue.js, etc.) based on Beyond UI.
- Remaking Beyond UI components in any other design program (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch...) and re-selling them.
- Creating own UI kits and design systems based on Beyond UI components and sharing them.
- Publicly share, upload, or distribute the CSS tokens, Tailwind config, or rules files outside of your own projects (e.g., to public repositories, design system marketplaces, or training datasets).
Grant of License
Beyond Studio grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Beyond UI in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein.
Ownership and Intellectual Property
Beyond UI, including all associated components, remain the property of Beyond Studio. The Licensee acknowledges and agrees that no ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred under this license agreement.
Licensee’s Obligations
The Licensee agrees to abide by the terms of this license agreement and not to engage in any prohibited actions outlined above.
AI Editor Use
The included CSS tokens, Tailwind config, and rules files are provided to help AI coding tools generate UI consistent with the Beyond UI design system. Attaching these files to your AI editor session is permitted under all license types. The Licensee acknowledges that the use of third-party AI editors may involve transmitting attached files to external servers, and Beyond Studio is not responsible for how those services handle the files.
Warranty Disclaimer
Beyond UI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Beyond Studio makes no warranties, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of Beyond UI is with the Licensee.
Refund & Support
Due to the digital nature of our product, we are unable to offer refunds. However, we are dedicated to providing support for any issues you may encounter with the product or the platform.
